Columbia Public Library Board of Trustees Meeting Minutes

The meeting of the Columbia Library Board was called to order on December 11, 2007 at 5:30 p.m.

Present-Barry Krizan, Linda Maus, Matthew Huffman, Marcine Cooper and Kathleen Habermehl.

Minutes-Motion made by Barry Krizan and seconded by Matthew Huffman to accept the minutes. Motion carried.

Treasurer’s Report-Report was given by Matthew Huffman.(Total receipts $1829.02, Total disbursements $341.06, Bills $4822.25) Motion to accept the Treasurer’s report and pay the bills was made by Barry Krizan and seconded by Kathleen Habermehl. Motion carried.

Old Business

House Tour- Tour was a success even with the bad weather.

Ad Hoc Committee-Tabled until January meeting.

Gene Schorb-He will be invited to the January meeting to discuss the concerns for the funds in the Endowment. Mr. Schorb will be accompanied by his daughter.

New Business

Annual Report- Linda will get this sent.

Motion to adjourn Library Board Meeting was made by Barry Krizan and seconded by Matthew Huffman. Motion carried.
